Who is Nishiyama?
Mr Nishiyama discussed the importance of collective efforts which bring new and diverse ideas. The executive spoke about the different work culture between India and Japan. India is a diverse country which has a history of several years, which can be started with the freedom struggle, independence, different religions, caste, race and secularism in the country. Besides that everyone is free to express their thoughts and don’t have to fit into the thinking of others which makes India a leader and which has values of Diversity.

Is India capable of taking lead in global environment?
The CEO expressed that India is capable of taking the lead in the global environment and country has both collaboration and competition, giving the examples of the CEO of Google Sundar Pichai, and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella. The world is a very chaotic place, there has to be a diverse mix of culture, values, power and balance. It is India that can come forward because India has faced such things before domestically. But Sundar Pichai and Satya Nadella are not the second generation of Americans. They were born in India, studied in India, and then went to US graduate school. It is only India that embodies both competition and collaboration that is capable of leading in global leadership, quoted the executive.
