Since 2019, three footballers from Manchester City have successively been crowned Premier League Player of the Season prior to Phil Foden. Portugal’s Rúben Dias, Norway’s striker Erling Haaland, and Belgium’s midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, who has earned this honour twice, are the recipients
As of now, Kevin De Bruyne has netted 100 goals for Manchester City since 2015, which makes him worthy of being named Premier League Player of the Season in both 2020 and 2022.
